API Usage: BoxingSight uses APIs from various social media platforms to post videos. Your usage is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those respective platforms.
Prohibited Actions: You may not use BoxingSight to post content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or violates the user agreements of the social media platforms to which you are posting.
Intellectual Property: BoxingSight and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company.
Productivity Features: BoxingSight includes features intended to increase productivity by automating the posting of content to social media platforms. However, we do not guarantee any specific results from the use of these features.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless our company, BoxingSight, its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the App, or b) a breach of these Terms.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to BoxingSight without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
